In honor of our founder, NORDAM established the Ray Siegfried Leadership Academy, which teaches the principles of servant leadership, our defining core values, and provides ongoing training and development for employee stakeholders. NORDAM University supports our culture of “Always Learning and Always Improving,” and provides resources for stakeholders to grow, develop, and sustain skills and behaviors for success. Training includes instructor-led learning, online learning, self-study, and programs led by partner universities and technology centers.
